Document requirements for Umrah:
  1. Original Passport 48 pages (minimum name 3 words and valid for 12 months from date of departure)..
  2. A4 size photocopy of identity card.
  3. Photocopy family card.
  4. Photocopy of Marriage Book (for married couples).
  5. 3 passport size 4x6 photos (white photo background with 80% face focus). Behind the photo, please write your full name according to your passport.
  6. Meningitis Injection Yellow Book (valid until date of return).
  7. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (only for children aged ≤ 17 years).
At least 1 month before departure date.
Documents can be sent by expedition service with insurance to the Dream Tour address, please include the name of the PIC and departure date.
The visa process will be carried out by Dream Tour after we receive all the required documents or at the earliest 3 weeks before departure.
Required documents for making a passport are:
  1. Original Identity Card and photocopy (photocopy enlarged to A4).
  2. Original Family Card and photocopy.
  3. Original birth certificate / original diploma and photocopy.
  4. Original Marriage Book and photocopy (for married couples).
  5. Recommendation Letter from the Ministry of Religion
  6. Letter of Recommendation from Travel.
  7. Original Old Passport and photocopy (especially for passport extensions).
  8. Original Passport of Parents and photocopy (specially made child's passport).
  9. Parents' Original KTP and photocopy (especially for children's passports).
  10. Parents' original marriage book and photocopy (especially for children's passports).
Following are the steps in making a passport: :
  1. Download the “Layanan Paspor Online” application on Playstore.
  2. Create an account with the email connected to your cellphone.
  3. Fill in the account registration column provided with your personal data.
  4. If registration is successful, select the Immigration Office where you want to apply for a passport.
  5. Next, fill in the columns provided with the number of applicants and available arrival times..
  6. Check the applicant's data, if it is correct, click "Save".
  7. If registration is successful a Barcode will appear, please save and print the Barcode to show upon arrival.
  8. Come to the Immigration Office you have chosen according to the agreed date and time, bringing all the required documents (original documents and 2 copies of each photocopy) and stationery.
  9. Fill out the personal data form given by the officer.
  10. Choose a passport with 48 pages.
  11. Interview process, taking photos and fingerprints.
  12. You will receive a “Proof of Payment Introductory” sign. You can take this proof to the post office or bank to make payment.
  13. Passport can be collected 5-7 days after you make payment.
If the Congregation's name only has 1 (one) word, then the name of the biological father and the name of the biological father's grandfather can be added according to the KK document / Deed / Marriage Book.
If there are discrepancies in your personal documents, you can apply for Form A5 or a Certificate at the Subdistrict, but we recommend that you first consult with the Immigration Office you are going to.
No. To apply for an Umrah visa, the minimum name for the pilgrim is 3 words. If it is less than 3 words, then you have to go through the process of adding your name at immigration.
The process of adding a name is carried out at the Immigration Office (administrative section), by bringing the following documents:
  1. Original Passport.
  2. Original Identity Card and photocopy (photocopy enlarged to A4).
  3. Original Family Card and photocopy
  4. Recommendation Letter from the Ministry of Religion
  5. Letter of Recommendation from Travel.
After you pay the DP, you can send a photo (scan) of your KTP and KK so that we can make a recommendation letter to take to the Ministry of Religion and Immigration Office.
The requirements at each Ministry of Religion office for obtaining a letter of recommendation are different, but in general the documents that need to be brought are a photocopy of your KTP, a photocopy of your Family Card, and a letter of recommendation from Travel. We suggest that for more clarity you can first ask the Ministry of Religion according to your KTP area what documents need to be prepared so that you don't go back and forth.

At several Ministry of Religion offices, you can attach a statement letter from the office where you work to process the Letter of Recommendation from the Ministry of Religion. However, for more clarity, you can first ask the Ministry of Religion office according to the administrative area where you work.
You can get meningitis injections at the nearest Port Health Office (KKP) in your area or ICV Certified Hospitals and Clinics.
To get a meningitis injection at the KKP, you are required to bring an online registration receipt, a photocopy of your passport, a photocopy of your KTP and 2 4x6 size photos (white background).

Each KKP service has a different allocation quota for international vaccination services. If at the time of registration the KKP location is not available, you can try again periodically.
To get a meningitis injection at a hospital or clinic, you must bring a photocopy of your passport and a photocopy of your KTP. You should contact the hospital or clinic you want to go to first to register.
Contact the hospital/clinic to make an appointment with a vaccination doctor at the hospital/clinic by bringing the required documents.
Vaccine reactions only occur within 2 weeks of the 2 year immunity period, so it is recommended to get the vaccine no later than 2 (two) weeks before departure.
The yellow book is valid for 2 years.
Equipment that Umrah pilgrims will receive:
  1. 24 inch suitcase.
  2. Sling bag.
  3. Sandal Bag.
  4. Prayer book
  5. Koko shirt, ihram cloth and belt, batik material (only for male pilgrims).
  6. Mukena and batik are outer (for female pilgrims only)

After making the down payment, you can immediately pick up the equipment.
We can deliver the equipment to your residential address. (Expedition costs are borne by the congregation)
Manasik will be held 2 (two) – 4 (four) weeks before departure
The manasik is carried out 2 times. 1 time in Jakarta and 1 time in Medina (1 day before heading to Mecca).
Manasik in Jakarta is usually done at Al Jazeerah Restaurant, Jl. Cipinang Cempedak, East Jakarta. However, more details will be provided in the invitation to the ritual. Meanwhile, the Manasik implementation in Medina will be delivered while in Medina.
Manasik invitations will be sent via Whatsapp from PIC Dream Tour no later than 3 days before the Manasik event.
Dress freely, neatly and politely. And there's nothing you need to bring, but if you want to bring a prayer book and stationery, that's okay...

The Whatsapp group is created no later than 3 days before departure.
This WhatsApp group will be very useful to facilitate communication and coordination between TL, Muthowif and Jamaah. In this group, the following information will be provided:
  1. Tour Leader and Muthowif who will accompany you while in the Holy Land.
  2. Meeting Point (both time, place and dress code) on Departure Day.
  3. Luggage that needs attention.
  4. Travel Schedule while in the Holy Land.
  5. All updated information regarding program implementation while in the Holy Land.
All providers have internet packages (specifically for Umrah). You can activate it by visiting each provider's outlet.
Several options for easy Umrah:
  1. (It is highly recommended) to be accompanied by a family member of the same gender, for example: If the parents are female, they can be accompanied by a sibling/daughter. Thus, you can take the quad/double room option so that all worship activities can be carried out at the same time./li>
  2. If you have different genders, it is recommended to take a double room. However, differences in the gender of companions will cause difficulties when performing worship in Medina because the doors for men and women are different.
  3. (Not really recommended) Pay for a special guide while in Saudi. Because the cost of a guide is not much different from a companion from your own family.
If you want to bring a wheelchair, when you arrive at the airport the wheelchair will be immediately wrapped and put in your luggage. As for wheelchairs while at the airport, you can use the facilities at the airport by informing PIC Dream Tour no later than 3 days before departure.
In general, all programs will be implemented on the same schedule. However, there are several special places for those using wheelchairs, including:
  1. Medina, when visiting the tomb of the Prophet (Raudhoh) there is a different queue for those using wheelchairs. For those who use wheelchairs, muthowwifah will direct companions and wheelchair users to enter the wheelchair queue.
  2. In Mecca, when performing Umrah, the Tawaf place for wheelchair users is different, namely on the 2nd floor and carried out separately from the group. Likewise, Sa'i has a special lane for wheelchair users.
You can. To rent a wheelchair while performing Umrah, you can contact TL or muthowwif when in Medina. The cost of renting a wheelchair is outside the Umrah package. And usually the price includes driving services until the Umrah is completed.
For pilgrims who have a history of dialysis, they can undergo dialysis while in the Holy Land, by bringing the following requirements:
  1. Copy of 5 passports.
  2. Copy of history during his treatment in Indonesia.
  3. Cover letter from the doctor for dialysis (original and photocopy).
  4. Flying permit letter for the airline.
  5. All documents related to medical records.
You will be taken to the clinic/hospital by the handling team and Muthawwif/TL for examination & treatment. If you need to be treated, we will help with the administration & our handling team will monitor your health progress. And after you receive permission to go home from the hospital, the Handling Team will take you back to your Umrah group.
  1. Prospective pilgrims can replace them with other family members (maximum 7 days before departure). With notes:
    • Additional fees will be charged if several processes for Umrah departure have been carried out by Dream Tour.
    • The amount of additional costs will be informed by the PIC to the congregation.
    • It is recommended that family members who will replace them already have valid passports.

  2. Prospective pilgrims can make a refund. With notes:
    • Congregants complete the requirements, namely documentation, medical records, and a certificate from a doctor stating that the congregation must be treated and that it is not recommended to undertake the Umrah pilgrimage (for prospective pilgrims who are sick). And a death certificate (for prospective pilgrims who died).
    • The refund process and amount will follow all provisions from the vendor relating to the Umrah pilgrimage.

Handling of deceased pilgrims in the Holy Land will be handled by the hospital, police & Muassasah. Likewise, the management of the body will also be handled by the authorities there.


The Dream Tour team will need a letter of representation from the family signed by family members in the same family as the deceased/deceased. This letter is one of the requirements so that we can make a letter at the Jeddah consulate which will be used for processing the body.


Regarding insurance, the process will be carried out by the Dream Tour Team. All pilgrims who die in the Holy Land during the Umrah pilgrimage, God willing, will receive compensation funds for the families left behind, the estimated application process to disbursement of compensation funds is approximately 1 to 2 months (depending on disbursement from the insurance company).
